What We Offer
Staff
Our staff members are either qualified or working towards a childcare qualification to fully understand the importance of play in a child's life. We aim to educate and involve the local community, ensuring that the project is community-led and creating local role models for children while promoting community engagement.
Planning and Preparation
We emphasize the significance of well-structured play sessions and the presence of consistent role models in a child's life, from early years to adulthood. Therefore, we offer the following:
1. Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) observations for children under 5. These observations focus on understanding their development, interests, and learning through play and offered experiences.
2. Fun and engaging sessions that provide children access to various types of play while teaching essential life skills.
3. Specialized activities such as arts and crafts, team games, sports, cooking, and more.
4. Involving parents and local community members in our workforce to strengthen community bonds.
5. Incorporating the ethos and values of schools into our programs to prevent confusion arising from conflicting messages.
